Homeless Outreach Psychiatric Service

A service that provides support for people with a severe mental illness who are homeless or at risk of homelessness.

Services include outreach and consultation for case managed clients of Barwon Health Mental Health, aged 16 – 65 as well as secondary consultation and assessment for the Barwon housing amd homeless support service.
